Man where to even begin. My house was up for foreclosure, if anyone that's gone through it knows that you are bombarded by calls. Carlos called me and gave the usual scripts speech. I told Carlos point blank, why should I go with you when you haven't said anything different from the other million calls. I need certain info before I even entertain us talking any more. All he said was I got you. 3 days later I received the info I asked for including comps for other properties. When I say Carlos is a 100% guy, that is grossly underestimating.
